Alyssa Quebodeaux
Alyssa “Aly” Quebodeaux is a Masters level clinician practicing under supervision to achieve dual licensure in Minnesota and Kansas. She received her Baccalaureate and Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. Aly has clinical experience assisting with psychological evaluations and treating drug and alcohol disorders, sexual deviancy/paraphilic disorders, attachment disruptions, trauma, depression, anxiety, and a variety of mental health diagnosis.
Aly enjoys working with clients in all stages of life using a systemic approach that considers how the entire family system is affected by the current presenting problem(s). She understands that her clients desire a higher quality of life and is passionate in providing effective mental health strategies that are tailored to individual circumstances. Through this work, she promotes the use of individual and family strengths to begin healing. Treatment approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, brief solution focused interventions, and other evidence-based treatments.
