Casey Toews is a Licensed Masters Level Psychologist with undergraduate degrees from Tabor College in psychology and sociology and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Saint Mary in Kansas City US. Casey’s interests as a counseling psychologist include depression disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorders and trauma with most age groups, primarily adults. Cognitive development, brain injury, skills training, and neuropsychology are main interests, along with the application of psychological testing to indicate areas of presentation in a holistic approach to treating mental health. In addition, nutrition, physical fitness, coping skills training, and self-care with psychopharmacology indicate the best treatment for overall stable functioning in utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral, Psychoanalytic, Adlerian and various other approaches to therapy. Casey has previous experience in community mental health, child welfare, in-patient, case management, neuropsychological research and psychological testing. His research and publishing are within the field(s) of medical/neuropsychological assessments, psychology, alternative treatments, rehabilitation, and law. Casey is highly regarded in research, development, and implementation of solutions with the ability to find lateral possibilities within the holistic approach to improving mental health and overall functioning.
