Priscilla Atu-Tetuh, APRN

Priscilla Atu-tetuh brings a wealth of experience and genuine care to her role as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, devoted to delivering exceptional mental health support across all age groups. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UMKC with 11 years of experience as a RN, Priscilla followed her passion for mental health by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric nursing from Walden University in 2019.

Her professional journey spans diverse healthcare environments, including the psychiatric hospital at University Health, VA Medical Center, community clinics, and private practices. This breadth of experience has honed her skills in diagnosing and treating various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders.

Priscilla's approach to patient care is characterized by building strong therapeutic bonds, attentive listening, and providing compassionate support throughout the treatment process. She believes in a holistic methodology, addressing both symptoms and root causes to foster lasting recovery and overall wellness.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Priscilla finds joy in culinary exploration, experimenting with different recipes, and delighting others with her culinary creations. She embraces the wisdom of Dave Grohl, recognizing the unique power inherent in being oneself.
